文摘：2005 was a busy year for Transmark following their acquisition of Fcx to become Transmark Fcx, a truly international supplier of valves and flow control systems with sales of € 200m and stockholdings of over € 40 million. A visit to their head office in Bradford, England confirms that the acquisition has gone smoothly and that it is very much 'business as usual' for the company and its staff. The real impact of this change has been for customers and the spate of new contract wins -Shell and Siemens are the most recent - shows that they approve.
