文摘:Metal tags to rip proof plastics offer a means of identifying products at temperatures ranging from ambient to 1000℃.Until recently, many metals have been far too hot to handle to add machine-printed bar-code labels during the production process. In addition to heat, oil, grease, chemicals and solvents, not to mention extreme weather conditions, need to be overcome. Thus product code labels have mostly been hand-written, a process which carries with it many opportunities for error. Reading, translating and reproducing complex product data by hand is a flawed process with errors of 1 in 300 characters being the norm.
