文摘：The United Nations Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC), which organizes the academic and scientific community dealing with the various aspects of climate change, has, in a series of conferences in the first quarter of this year, concluded about its assessment on the available knowledge on the scientific basis and impacts, the vulnerability and adaptation capacities and the mitigation options and their costs. This paper looks especially on the results of IPCC Working Group Ⅲ on the mitigation options to stop climate change and the costs of such measures.
