Bond Street - the very name oozes an aura of classy, high-end retailing - and the creme de la creme of top-name fashion houses, such as Armani, Dolce & Gabbana, Pringle, Donna Karen, Nicole Farhi, Ralph Lauren and Canelli all have major outlets there. According to a recent article in the business pages, rental prices for property in Bond Street are now nudging ￡1000 per square foot.
